All of our enclosed units measure 14 feet wide and are 30, 40 and 50 feet deep with ceiling heights approximately 15 feet.  All units are non-climate controlled. Each unit is secured with a lockable roll up door that measures 12 feet wide and is 14 feet tall.  Each unit is equipped with a 110 volt convenience outlet suitable for light-duty electrical usage such as, for example, operating a battery charger. The units have an L.E.D. ceiling light. Electricity is at no charge to the tenant. The building's ceilings are insulated to help keep units relatively cool. 

We offer two types of covered units: Premium and Economy.  

Our Premium covered units measure 13'x40'x14' and come with a 30 amp receptacle, a 110 convenience outlet and an overhead LED light. Electricity is at no charge to the tenant.  It has a full back wall and sides on each end of the building. 

Our Economy covered units measure 14x40'x14' and  comes with two tenant-shared 110 convenience outlets. Electricity is at no charge to the tenant.  It has a full back wall and sides on each end of the building. 

Our outdoor parking spaces are 12 feet wide and 40 feet deep.
